                                                        Nutrition Program in Haiti
The aim of the program is to provide high protein Medical Mumba Bars to severely malnourished children from infant to 14 years old.  It take  6 weeks on the bars, for the children to gain a healthy weight and give them a good start tothen thrive with the right nutrition.

CHILD is actively supporting the Nutrition Project by buying  Medical Mumba Bars for nutrition programs run by staff from Haiti Children's Home.
CAD $95 pays for one box of 150 Medical Mumba bars. It takes roughly one box to treat a child.

The arm circumference of severely malnourished children is taken as a benchmark to see how malnourished they are and to measure how they improve after the peanut butter bars.

This girl is only 5kg at 10 months of age, but she's going to fatten right up!
Fullness in cheeks  is water retention,  due to malnutrition. This  weight  will come off with the help of the peanut butter protein replacement therapy.
