Education is so important when raising kids, but it's not always accessible to parents and caregivers. In Haiti, there can be misconceptions about nutrition that lead caregivers to give their children food that they think is healthy, when the child actually needs something else, like protein, in order to grow in a healthy way. HCH provides education for caregivers which enables them to know exactly what their children need to thrive!

The  Nutrition Program continues to grow and serve the  community.
Some families come from more than an hour away to access this program, many aware that their kids are unwell, but unaware as to the effects of malnutrition.
Little ones like D who are very behind on the growth charts and developmental milestones, are able to start healing and growing as their bodies start to receive the requirements their bodies need to be strong and healthy.
